26.70.0511 Beta - XYPlorer Won't Open

After upgrading to the latest beta a few hours ago, i get this error trying to launch xyplorer:

once i click close on the error menu, xyplorer closes as well. have tried reinstalling it a few times to no avail.

Downgrading to .0509 makes it work fine again.

I have a few theories about this. Please try the next beta.
