      in the Custom Event Actions "Before browsing a folder" or "Switch tabs".

    + SC seltab enhanced: You can now select tabs by ID, not just by position. If 
      "switches" (previously the argument was named "mru") is set to "i", then the value

      If this was off and a location change resulted in the tree being expanded somewhere 
      above the viewport, the contents of the viewport would change even though 
      the scroll position was unchanged. Although technically correct, this is probably 
      not the desired result of this feature.
      This is how it works now: When "Scroll selected folder into view" is off, it is 
      ensured that the top node in the viewport remains the same, even if this means that 
      the scroll position has to be changed internally.
