How to show the full information of Modified and Created all the time?

Autofit the width of the Name column and Always autosize the Size column were checked.

After the Modified and Created column were draged to show all the information, but when another location entered, these two columns collapsed.

You have folder views defined?

Menu - View - Folder View Settings - Manage Folder Views...
