v25.80.0330 - Reset to trial?

Post by highend »

I'm on 0329 and I'm just copying over XYcopy.exe and XYplorer.exe (made a Beyond Compare test to see if there are any other different files between those two releases) from 0330 my (fully configured) instance starts in trial mode?

This is reproducible here...

Just reset to trial too after installing latest beta. Won't accept my lifetime license.

Duh...that hit me too. And as I am currently transitioning to a new laptop, I thought that suddenly something had broken in the stuff I did - and couldn't find a fault!

Not really fixed.
Trying to install in a nonexciting location.

Yes, I'm sorry. I use a number of different setups to test certain constellations, or to use AI jargon, to "train the model". Such a link ended up in the compiled code. Now that I'm writing this, I see an easy way to avoid this automatically in the future.

Life happens, I just downgraded for now and that resolved the issue. Will go back to Beta later.

331 is OK for me - including my (former) icons issue.
