One click and keyboard shortcut copying to pre-selected folder?

Post by smegheed »

Hi,

I’m trying to find out if something I’m trying to do is possible while using Xyplorer.

Simply put I have a folder located here:

E:/Images/

Inside the folder I have let’s say 1000 images.

What I’m currently having to do is browse the images via Xyplorer, right click on one, move mouse down to the send to context menu option then across to a send to folder option to get that file to copy to:

H:/Selected-Images/

Is there a way I can just left click an image, selecting it, and then press, for example, ctrl+c to just automatically make a copy of that image in: H:/Selected-Images ?

It would save so much time and buggering around yet I can’t seem to find a way to set a prefixed folder path to copy a file to. Every option I found within the program to copy or duplicate a file somewhere seems to constantly require me to enter the destination I want to copy to over and over again which is just as bad in terms of time saving as what I’m currently doing.

Is this possible to achieve? And if so, how?
