rename hyphen from files names and make space instead of hyphens ?

Hi, folks, how to remove all hyphens from files names and make it space instead of hyphens
i need to make this for a bulk of files.

e.g students-welcome-photos
to this name: students welcome photos

or like i want like this give a script for remove all hyphens and rename it with only space instead of hyphen.
so i can make it as shortcut key to run the script and rename one by one. because i search the files with old file name with hyphens and latter i verify the file and then i rename it . this would be better i think.

Either use the context menu (if those items are enabled) or the rename button: Search and Replace...?
