[SOLVED] Similar issue (ref. Pasted text gets cut off)

Post by matewo »

Hi All,

here is a kind of similar problem to Pasted text gets cut off.
  • Standard unzip (v25.50.0202)
  • Create new directory
  • ==> Directory "New Folder" is editable and whole text is selected
  • Enter "a"
  • ==> Directory name "a" is displayed correctly
  • Enter "b" (at cursor position, at the end), text field contains "ab"
  • ==> Character "a" is shifted some pixels to the left (out of view)
Best regards, Markus

Really? Cannot reproduce. :?

PS:
1) Are you using a very large font size?
2) Is this a new problem? (since v25.50.0104 - 2024-02-13 17:40)

Hi All,

I can confirm, that this issue is solved (tested with v25.50.0204).

Thank you very much. GREAT support!

Just for the records:

No, directory .\Data has been created from scratch by first run of XYplorer, so standard settings are used, for example font Segoe UI 9pt for "content".
2) Is this a new problem? (since v25.50.0104 - 2024-02-13 17:40)
v25.50.0100 didn't show this behaviour.

Best regards, Markus

P.S.: using Windows 10 Pro, 200% display scaling.

Thanks, then it must have been the 200% display scaling. But I was able to reproduce it with large fonts.
