Hi

I am trying to update translation but I don`t know what is “glider”. Can you explain?

It's a mini toolbar that magically appears under the mouse pointer in the tree. Looks like this:

By the way, I'm watching "1670" these days. Hilarious, well done!

Somehow missed that feature but this is GREAT!

I would also like to add something like “compress here” but I assume it is doable with “Run script here” and all I need is to figure out how to implement it. Am I correct?

“compress here” by scripting... :eh: ... I don't think so. But there are better scripters out there...

What I mean is to:
1. select files in one panel
2. call this new menu in tree
3. select specific option and
4. have selected files compressed (zip or rar) to specific tree folder.

At this moment I can copy or move files (steps #1-3) and I wonder if I can get them compressed too. but this is a question for other thread.

Should be possible using the zip_add() scripting command.

Hi

I have updated XY to 25.50.0100 and I see that something happened to display:

Special characters (ś and ć) are not shown on Preview but are in edit field.

1) Are you sure this is a new issue?
2) Does it only affect captions of checkboxes?
3) To see these characters in a checkbox caption you have to set the system locale to Polish.

I will check Unicode setting on my work PC tomorrow but I can answer for №1 & 2:
- 1 : new issue as I didn't notice that last time I was here (in december, I think; time flows by quickly when you have kids).
- 2 : same issue was shown for other types of fields too.

1: It would be easy to check with older versions from the freezer: https://www.xyplorer.com/freezer.php

Changing Unicode settings to Polish helped.

Thank you.

Looks like Windows changed it somehow because I could swear I had Polish
