Paper Folder Information Bar more use.

Currently PF Info Bar serves only to notify user that one is now in PF. How about adding it's direct purpose action: if Explicit Save Only is enabled, and paper folder currently in view is changed/not-saved = make Info Bar change colour, so user while keeping control over what is saved or not, could get a "reminder".
As a secondary wish: would be cool to have initial and "not saved"-alert colours customizable.
