Hi Don,
In case you don't have enough on your plate:
It would be nice if the user could specify individual custom tab caption for specific locations.
Maybe these could become part of the options in the folder view settings?
My application is, e.g., when I open the root of a drive, e.g. "D:\", then the tab only shows the drive letter, colon, and backslash. I would rather have it display some extra hint (next to the drive letter). Also for other special folders this could be useful, I think.
It is not super important (for me), but if you think it would be useful, I'd be grateful for any implementation.
(Of course, if this can already be done somehow, please let me know how, thx.)
Regards, a.

Re: Tab caption override in folder view settings (or similar)
you mean by writing my own script that changes the tab caption at each folder change the way how I want it?
if it could be set in the folder view settings, it would be much easier.

Re: Tab caption override in folder view settings (or similar)
I like to have _all_ settings in one easy to reach place (an external script) instead of the necessity to go through dialogs to change them but opinions differ
Apart from that: It can already be done, no waiting time for Don to implement it (even if he wants to do it)
