XYPlorer taking about 14 seconds to load. Logs inside.

Hi, I'm finding that XYPlorer is taking about 14 second to load up.
My system is Win 10 on a fairly new laptop, i7 9th gen @ 2.60GHz. M2 and Sata SSDs.

Based on another post, I got the load times listing below. Can anyone shed light on why mine is so slow starting up?
One thing I noticed is that it says < 100ms for each directly to load (in my catalogs) but the actual times on the left column increase far more than the number of ms shown for each item.

Any ideas on a fix from the below info?
