If the list is scrolled up to the end(bottom) then XY scrolls(shows) one more line i.e we reached end,how to stop it?

If I'm right this is normal: I think the free area at bottom is not heigh enough for a *complete* line.
In your situation one more line *seems* to fit - but I expect it just to be a little smaller.

You could test: enlarge XY window by 1 or 2 pixels and the [then full] line appears.
