Finding duplicate images

Apologies if this is readily available.....
I just downloaded the trial so am competely new to this app. It was recommended to me to find duplicate image files.

The ones I am looking for are the same image which has been added into my system in one or more folders but under different names, so will be .jpg files which are exactly the same size. Is this possible? I have looked at the help file and don't see quite how to do, it so would appreciate it if anyone can poinbt me to a step-by-step process.

Ofc you could set the checkmark for [x] Image on the Dupes tab as well but this shouldn't be necessary...

The Quick Start Guide provides this image which I found extremely helpful when I first started using XY. To this day I have a copy of it saved on my desktop.
