Tree is Lost When Using History Options

When using Hotlist, Recent, or History options to return to a folder- except for the target folder, the tree is collapsed and cannot be opened. Even when move to root C:\, the tree remains collapsed. Is this by design?

You're in Mini Tree mode, disable it here:
