unable to see unicode in file names

hello sir,
i am not able to see unicode file names in files when seen in xyplorer. but when this file name is copied to MS Word unicode names are properly visible. is there any setting i am missing?

You are here for 10 years now. Is this a new problem? I have lots of users in India and never heard about this. And I cannot explain it, it doesn't make sense.

i have got the solution by changing the following configuration. now i have no issues with unicode files.

Good for you. But weird. Segoe UI shows Hindi characters here without problems.
