How to remove definitively the PATH column in the result of a quick filter ..?

You mean Quick Search or Live Filter?

I guess he means Quick search which brings of course a Path column.
The question is how usefull is the result of a Quick search without the path info.
If the search is only within one folder Live filter would be the better function to use.

Anyway, you can permanently remove the Path column from the search results:
1) Untick "Configuration | Find and Filter | Find Files & Branch View | Find Files | Search results inherit current columns"
2) Run a search.
3) Hide the Path column.
It will be hidden in the next search results.
FYI, "Search results inherit current columns" always uses the current columns AND adds the Path column.
