Conditional Drag-Drop Confirmation

Under Safety Belts, I have Confirm drag and drop enabled
This due to unknowingly left-click locking a file and moving it somewhere I could later not find.

However, there are times I'm engaged in heavy file maintenance, paying close attention and the stop message serves as an unnecessary interruption.

Is it possible to add a shortcut key combo: Alt-Left mouse that would toggle off the confirmation message? (just for that movement, leaving drag and drop enabled)
