Are you using more than one monitor too? This happens when I try to use XY on my secondary monitor. I explained it as a difference between the real and visual place of the mouse pointer. Your mouse pointer is on the Delete button visually, but in real it is on the left side of it, you can see the Find button icon hovered.

Just to make sure: Is this an old problem, or did it start due to my DPI fix attempts in the last days?

I have just checked the latest full version for the safety sake, and I can say this is the side affect of the fix attempts. (By the way, it was interesting to check screen;: no matter on which monitor you used XY, it gave back the DPI of the first monitor.)

And simply after moving it to the secondary.

Please try to pass the DPI of the 2nd monitor as argument to updatescreenmetrics, e.g.:

Code: Select all

updatescreenmetrics 160;

Funny. I had to give 125 to correct the mouse pointer placement, however, the secondary monitor is 96 (100%) DPI. Additionally after the command run, a strange thing appeared in the tree. Which is actually the left side of the hidden info panel. Stays there during scrolling. (Edit: pressing F12 two times removes it.)

I guess the fix needs some fine-tuning, LOL.

That's on monitor 2, and you closed and restarted on monitor 2?

Yes, that's the case, I can confirm. After simply moving it is ok.
