how do i change taskbar icon for xyplorer?

i think it looks cool but with my current w10 theme, i'd prefer to not have a dark black icon.

might you know how i can replace / change the default icon used in taskbar? this way i can pin (like i would with explorer) and it'd be less subtle.

any wisdom is appreciated. thanks!
