Inactive List panel background not initializing fully

FYI - On my setup the inactive panel normally has a gray background, with the active panel having white. Sometime within the past few beta releases I find that on first starting XY the bottom half of the background on the inactive panel (always on the right, for me) is white - only the top half is gray. When I click within the list it all goes white of course, and subsequently shows as expected.

This has been fixed in v20.60.0105, hasn't it?
