Preview Pane opening videos in floating ActiveMovie window

A recent regression I have noticed that I assume has something to do with the recent QAP changes, now when I invoke this:

#674 Window | Show Preview Pane

with a video selected (only videos that uses quartz are affected), a floating window opens titled "ActiveMovie Window" instead of the preview pane being used, on closing the window the videos audio continues playing in the QAP area.

I can probably narrow it down to an exact build if you need me to, or think it will help, currently using v20.50.0100.

I am using Win10 1903, not sure if other OS's are affected in the same way.

Same thing is happening as mine. I'm also using Win10 1903, 20.50.0100.
In addition, AVI file doesn't play in Preview Pane (both video and audio), But the same file works fine at Preview tab in Info Panel.

2) AVI should give you the WMP interface (no Autoplay) in Preview Pane:
