Mouse button and scrolling

The ability to scroll the list of files up and down with the mouse button pressed (like the Hand tool in Adobe Photoshop). At the same time, the files should not react in any way while pressing this button, only scrolling. This will be even more convenient than scrollbars.

There are at least two programs that do this system-wide: ScrollNavigator (highly configurable) and MouseImp PRO (seems to be abandoned).
