Not sure, but appears that after I made XYP the default replacement for File Explorer, that when I save files from web apps that use IE to OneDrive, a large percentage of the time the files don't actually download. No error. Just not downloaded.
I mostly save to OneDrive and so haven't tested with SharePoint or local drives.
Not a OD synching problem, because the files are not in the local OD folder (or the cloud OD)
Have searched and no sign of the files.

2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once.

Interesting, never heard of this problem. Looks like in that case the saving app should have hard-coded the job to Explorer. Usually we had that problem the other way round (apps were too hard-coded to Explorer).
I don't think there is any chance to solve this apart from un-making XY the default file manager.
