Visual Filters TB Button

The context menu for the "Toggle Visual Filter" button on the TB shows the option "Manage Visual Filters...".

Choosing this option doesn't appear to do anything.

Is there a setting that I need to change to activate it?

On my system, that option gets me to the exact same dialog as if I'd used "List Management>Visual Filters"...

Yep. And I see no reason why this should not work.

This is interesting. On my system, it does absolutely nothing. Although Tools->List Management->Visual Filters works fine.

I think that maybe something is flashing briefly on the screen but I'm not sure.

Maybe there is a setting (either in XY or in Windows) that is causing it to not work for me.

If you right-click the List Management TB button and select any command -- does this work?

Aha. So it's not a Vista thing.

JohnM, I suddenly think I know what's going on: Either you have more than one KS at one of the commands, OR you are using the comma in one of the KS in this menu!!? Like Ctrl+,... right?

Yes you are right. No comma, but I do have an extra CKS which points to the VF. When I r-click on the TB button, I get Ctrl-D (my CKS) on top line and then Ctrl-J on the next line by itself. Then the normal context menu follows. When I remove my CKS (Ctrl-D), the menu works fine.

What made you think of it?

By the way, I must have added Ctrl-D when I was playing with this feature a while ago and never removed it.

Great work... well... it was a very simple fix for a quite embarassing bug. Thanks for spotting it.
