issues deleting Large data sets discovered

I'm working with multiple TB of data that has many duplication's (i.e. name.doc(1), etc.).
XYplorer is finding the files but W10, or XYplorer is having issues deleting the files - seems to just give up after a while.
I can carefully select <10,000 and delete them.
Files captured ~300,000+.
