the program exe is gone
- Adobe Acrobat (Reader) installed?
- Preview pane visible?
- An exclusion for XYplorer.exe / its path defined in your antivirus solution?

Okay, it was our Trend-Micro scanner!

I dont know why, but during the deleting actions the scanner declares the xyplorer.exe as a problem.

Now I've to configure this on all our clients seperately. Okay...

But a general soloution would be nice.

Clicking alone cannot cause any such trouble. It *might* be caused by the File Info Tips (in case you hovered the icon before clicking). To exclude this please untick this setting: Configuration | Information | File Info Tips | Show file info tips. If the crashes stop then we have a blood trace.
