This is happens occasionally.
In the catalog I have a category I call backup containing a list of 5 folders,.
If I select just a single entry and backup to My Documents\Temp using a CKS (previously setup in the User Commands) then the backup is correctly performed.
On then going immediately to the folder My Docs...\Temp in the tree it shows the backup as C folder (with no +) and as C in the list. Clicking to open either of these is not possible.
If XY is then closed and re loaded it can be accessed as normal. There after it seems to work, delete and repeat it works - strange.
I have yet to find the repeat conditions but it does happen quite frequently.

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Re: Catalog Backup
Simply press F4 to refresh the Tree or Shift+F4 to just refresh the folder where the + is missing.
General background: Auto-refreshing the tree while keeping the performance good is an art (e.g. Explorer fails at it permanently). I think XY is quite good at it in the meantime, although not 100% perfect. There are a lot of factors that play a role here...blah blah, well, let's just not start with it now, it's just too boring.
UPDATE: hey, there was indeed a little refresh missing...
.. should work a bit better in the next version.
