[SOLVED] Vivaldi and XYplorer Session

Post by Filehero »

Hi,

I didn't know when it really started, but for quite some time (ca. 2 months) I do loose XYplorer log sessions quite often with Vivaldi.

Apart from standard cases (e.g. snapshot updates) I have to re-login nearly after every 2nd or 3rd browser restart. Could it be related to the last forum's software update?

No issues with Firefox.

Did you check if you still have your session cookies before re-login in?

Sorry, I should have been more informative.

Cookie-wise all is fine, the're white-listed and existing. But that's why I'm asking, because I do run my standard cookie configration unchanged for nearly 2 years now.

It seems the repeating session losses were due to a "broken" cookie extension (Vanilla Cookie Manager). With a different one (Cookie AutoDelete) the problem seems gone.

Good

I also use Cookie AutoDelete on Firefox, it's great.
