Change color and appearance of folder icons

Change the color and appearance of folder icons to user defined colors,by which one can mark it as important and distinguish certain folders from others.

There are already Custom File Icons that could be used for this stuff...

What i meant was ready made icons added with Xy.

I don't understand what you want to achieve that you can't already with "Custom File Icons"?
