1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

I forgot to mention: It's not only about preview -- it's about all info panel tabs. And about seeing the name in the statusbar. I admit there's at least one action where this does not work as it should: when changing tabs (or at start-up) a focused+selected file will be info-paneled even if it was not clicked before. BTW, here's is another example for an active selection (but not click) that also does not preview: If you drag-select a file it will not be previewed (or more exactly: it's state of being previewed/info-paneled or not will not change) -- else a movie file would stop and start while moving the mouse.
