I tried a couple of picture viewers and the File Explorer. Now I understand what happens. The app can open the picture on a portable device only if it creates a copy of the picture in a cache folder. (File Explorer and IrfanView do that.) As I can see, the cache folder is the Windows\INetCache...admin wrote:In my experience it has to do with the opening application.
