How to remove link bar just below toolbar?

How to remove the link bar just below the toolbar? Where to find it in the Configuration. Could not find it. Thank you for your help.

What is a link bar?

Menu - Window - ...
There you can enable / disable different elements

Thanks, found it, the address bar, in Menu - > Windows.
