right click can add branch view?

it's already there:
- in right-click of View button in toolbar
- in sub menu View, when you right-click on empty List place

if you select few folders and click on List's white space View submenu with Branch-view is still there.

how about If i clik not white space but over the selected folders.

in simple- no, that can't happen as it's not expected by most of users.(especially as there are many other way to Branch) right-click on items context menu is about making something with items, not about changing view.
