Cannot Drag and Drop from desktop or anywhere into XYplorer

Anyone have any idea as to why, since I upgraded to Windows 10 two days ago, I can no longer drag and drop files from Windows Desktop or from Windows Explorer into XYplorer? I have not changed any settings and everything worked great before the upgrade.

Rebooting Windows will fix that.

Sadly, I have tried that a few times and it did not fix it.

Really? This fixed it always for others.

So, what do you get, an error?

I have absolutely no problems with D&D from Desktop on Win10 Pro over here.

I keep my XYplorer (portable) in the installed Dropbox folder on my computer. Something I tried is copying my XYplorer folder to the Desktop and launching it there. When launching it from the Desktop copy, everything works fine. No settings were changed, just a direct copy from the Dropbox folder to Desktop. Any possible suggestions?

Strangely I got this to work. All I did was move the XYplorer folder from one place to another, still in Dropbox, and that alone fixed it. It makes no sense to me, but that did the trick.

It might have been a rights issue. If you run XY as admin you cannot drop to it from sources with lesser rights.
