Viewer for F1 chm help hard coded?

Hi Don,

I would like to use a different viewer than the windows-standard for the chm help file when pressing F1.

I was able to successfully change the system default for chm so that when I double-click on a chm file in the file-manager it opens in my prefered viewer.
But when I press F1 within XY then it sill opens the help file in the windows standard viewer.
Is this on purpose? important? can it be changed? Thx.

Remove the F1 shortcut, use a UDC (with F1) to open it?
