Search Function

Hi

I share a network drive with colleagues at work and want to exclude their folders from a file search.

I have selected their folders in the exclude tab (and have checked the check box)but I still get results from these folders. I am probably missing something blindingly obvious, but can anyone help please?

Does the header of the Excluded sub-tab in Find Files have a blue font?
If not, make sure to also check Excluded in the Applied filters: section to the right:

thanks for this, the problem was that I was not checking the "Excluded" filter on the search.

it now works perfectly
