Double click only folder text to open it? (Go up otherwise)

Hi

Is there a way to double click only the text of a folder name to open it, so that if I double click to the right of the folder name (where there is white space), it should go up a level?

uncheck Main menu ->Tools -> Customize List -> Full Row Select.

Main menu -> Tools -> Config... -> (Menus, Mouse, Safety -> Dbl-click on empty space goes up
