Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Welcome to XYplorer!!
Maybe you mean Favorites>favorite folder. You are right, if you dont have any items in "favorite folders" then it is faded. You can add folders to "favorite folders" in the following two ways:
1) In the tree click on the folder you want to add and use Ctrl+B and the desired folder will be added to favorite folders.
OR
2) Go to tools>list management>favorite folders and add your favorites.
Have fun. Enjoy!!

Only I beleive its under "Favorites" to be consistant with other actions (Boxed Branch & Highlighted Folder), also since fav folders can also - beside the obvious - affect the Tree's look for those folders.surrender wrote:Don, on second thoughts i think "toggle favorite folder" can go under "favorite folder" submenu just to be consistent with "toggle favorite file" which is under favorite file submenu.
Specifically, favorite folders can be bold and/or have a blue icon overlay according to the options set under View/Tree Style
