Locking a tab should prevent dragging and dropping it

Sorry, but I'm not sure I agree with this request unless you can provide a good reason. Locking a tab locks its "folder location", not its "position" on the tab bar. If I want to drag and drop a tab to a new position, I don't want to have to unlock it first, drag it and then relock it.

seems pretty natural to me; you would be locking a tab typically when you expect to not be unlocking for a long period of time; so giving it a static position within the tab lineup goes nicely with locking the folder

OK, I do see your point, but who's worried about dragging a tab? You get the changed "move" cursor as an indicator or warning and in the years of running XYplorer, I don't think I ever have accidentally. But, in the end I have no problems with locking position along with location or possibly as an option.

I think it would be awkward to tie this to the "Lock Location" command unless it was an option or tweak.

I'd rather see a new command "Pin Tab" similar to Chrome's which would move and keep the tab to the left of others - though unlike Chrome keep the minimizing as a separate and optional command to pinning.
