Instance Checking Workaround (+Full Title Customization)

Please check for other instances via window class or process-something... then also allow us to fully customize the title bar. (don't worry, everyone knows it's XYplorer, we don't need to have it in the title of the window)

Liking a lot of the stuff I see after the first couple weeks of usage here;

Also +1 to the close tab behavior/dead ghost-tabs vs. locking tabs, please fix that!!!
