Cache all thumbnails for current tab and sub folders at once

When you have "Create all thumbs at once" selected you don't need to page down.

Makes sense. Didn't occur to me, I am glad you point this out. Now I feel even less worried about deleting that line. I could probably even delete the whole part with PgDown - but I better not run that risk, too inexperienced to judge the consequences.
