:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

OneDrive not showing

Post by mbigger »

XYplorer 27.20.0700 (32-bit)
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Build 19045.6466
Screen Scaling at 125%

Microsoft OneDrive for Business shows in Microsoft File Explorer as its own node next to "My PC". In XYplorer it is nowhere to be found. The correct settings are set:

General > Tree and List > Items in Tree and List > Select Items ... > OneDrive Folder
General > Refresh, Icons, History > Icons > Show icon overlays
General > Refresh, Icons, History > Icons > Show icon overlays > In tree as well
General > Refresh, Icons, History > Icons > Show icon overlays > In network locations as well

I'm reading some old user reports that this has been a long-running bug. Enlighten me please.

Is "OneDrive folder" ticked in Configuration | General | Tree and List | Items in Tree and List | Select Items...?

Facepalm. :ninja:

You have only the OneDrive for Business folder, or also a personal one?

Only an OneDrive for Business account is connected, as shown in Windows File Explorer.

Let's get down to the real path. Do you have a folder called C:\Users\[YourUsername]\OneDrive - [YourCompany]?
