Emulating Context Menu Clicks on Toolbar Button

Hi,

About "emulating shell context menu clicks using run" command, will it work for applications which do not have specific command lines but embed into registry? DefenseWall, for instance, create value data {DF654E71-7714-4b21-BAE3-346C0D8B6206}. How should I wield this information on a toolbar button?
