Session Manager [v7.00] — Bookmark your environments: locations and/or display (tabsets and layout)
Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]
Yup, it broke that script. The question is, how many others?

Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]
Excellent script and exactly what I was looking for.
One question.
When I screw around with my tabs (add, remove etc) and then want to reset my Session, hitting 'Reset Session' only seems to reset the inactive pane
So I click on the other pane and then hit 'Reset Session' again and I am back to my original session.
Not a big deal just wondering if I am missing something or this is WAD
Big thank you though, love sessions.

Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]
I'm probably over egging the pudding but is there anyway to show Sessions in the Catalog?
Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC]
Thx for your concern, Flux. I finally found out that your script does work with VF. It was my mistake. Sorry.FluxTorpedoe wrote:Hmmm, it should already be working: AFAIK, filtering state is saved by default with the tabsets, then optionally with FolderViewSettings.autocart wrote:would be nice if it saved and reloaded the state of the current visual filter
Here I have a "Video" session with its main tab filtered by "posters" only with "|{:Image}", it's working fine. I also tried with a fresh install and it's working too…
It must be related to an XYplorer config setting/tweak; could you be more specific on how to reproduce?
[AHK] redirecting Windows Explorer to XY, [XYS] Mini Tree with open tabs (cur loc expanded, tab folders highlighted), [AHK] customInlineRenameKeys, [AHK] clipboardHelper_and_XYEscToList
Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]

Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]
Actually these symbols are in the actual name of the tabsets. Goto <xydata>\Panes and check the tabset foldernames.

Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]
However, if you remove the symbols from the actual tabset names, you won't be able to pick them from the SessionManager dropdown anymore. Those §-signs signal that your current tabsets have been loaded and created by SessionManager.
Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]
With 15.00.0231 I just noticed that layout saving is broken. For instance, I don't see the option Update Session & Layout any longer.
Can someone confirm?

Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]
Hi Filehero, I can confirm. I also don't see Update Session & Layout anymore. I didn't want to try saving anything since it appears to be broken but by what, I don't know. Also, my existing dual pane sessions are not functioning.

Re: Session Manager [v3.0 RC 2]
Hi Ken,
thanX for confirmation. We have to wait for Flux then.
It's a shame, that I have no time for XY stuff right now (not weven UDFs!!).
Cheers,
