Put it e.g. on a button, select a file or folder and invoke it without any modifier keys.
It will ask for a name of the filter (the filter itself will be the default name).
The file / folder (folders: all files are hidden as well!) will be ghosted right away.
Invoke the button with shift key hold to get a menu that shows all existing filters.
Click one to remove that or the last entry to remove all of them.
