This script maybe overkill? Can be achieved in other ways but I thought this was an interesting variation.
Info on timeboxing can be found here, which is a form of time management.

Another link not from wikipedia https://www.mindtools.com/pages/article/timeboxing.htm

This uses a small program called Hourglass available from https://chris.dziemborowicz.com/apps/hourglass/
Some of you might recognize most code from my 'Weekly reminders'.

Ola totmad1!

I test timeboxer and would like to request if you could set it into a fixed minute per button,

I like to set 3 buttons, 10 mins, 30 mins , and 1 hour

so if the user click on the 30mins, timeboxer will set the app to 30mins.

TIA!

Ola pleiades (and thats the limit of my Spanish)
I am glad you have posted, should have created an "How to use". It also caused me to find a bug.

As you can see from image, You can name item to what you want .
In this case item 2 is "second 30 mins" . The start column shows a highlighted "Yes" and this is how
you select a name and time. To run, you then press the "Done" button, this will then run the app.

Here is the updated zip file.
