How much have I come to like the Dark Mode?

While doing year end computer maintenance have removed the Dark Mode switch button from the TB. Never going back to Light style again. Or as Julius Caesar put it, "ALEA IACTA EST".

My favorite feature of XY is the eccentric and wacky dev, Don. Thanks for all the all the laughs over the years.

Beyond that, my second favorite feature is this forum and all the wonderful people who breath so much life into it. Cheers to each and everyone of you and your hilarious and helpful posts.

Random Rename

Not being of the James Bond ilk this new feature seems rather silly to me. That said, for those who wanted/needed it a "tip of the hat" to Don for incorporating it into the program.

(Do agree that martinis are better shaken not stirred.)

You might want to be a bit more specific here as this is a constant stream of "what I like" posts.
Otherwise, how are others supposed to know what you were exited about?
Ralph :)

Thank you for adding the change on how files/links are saved using drag & drop from a browser address bar.
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=20092&sid=a431e0239 ... 76#p167397
For me at least, this lets me know I have already saved the link and saves time not having to go back to search and delete duplicates.

Code: Select all

v19.80.0112 - 2019-03-20 20:26
+ Hover Box: Now it supports the user-selected transparency background for
GIF and PNG. Before the transparent background was always white.
The relevant setting is Configuration | Preview | Preview | Floating
      preview | Transparency background.

v19.80.0115 - 2019-03-21 19:24
+ Patch Internal Images: Added a tweak that lets you completely customize
the toolbar images (and, in future, maybe even other internal images) in
an elegant, portable, and shareable way.
You simply state a path where you have your beautiful image files. The
path can be specified relative to <xydata> (XYplorer's app data path). For
example:
PatchImagesPath=Patch
Thanks, finally got my branch view and color filter icons back

Indeed--fantastic development! Thanks for loosening the reigns on toolbar icons! Are there image keys for the other "half" of two-state buttons (mini-tree, active pane, others I'm forgetting..) that are knowable, or some method to make them work? Otherwise, are these two-state buttons due some love we can look forward to?
