Open/closed or selected/unselected state icons for folders in the tree. What can I say? What can anyone say, but Wow or Cool!
Thanks,

Code: Select all

v12.40.0213 - 2013-05-27 20:10
    * Floating Preview: Ex-tweak FPEnableCKS is now accessible via
Ctrl+RightClick, which pops a mini menu exposing the setting
"Allow Custom Keyboard Shortcuts in Preview".
I just have to say it again...
This is terrific!!! :appl:

You gotta try it: browse (or slideshow) through your pics in fullscreen, and tag them, label them - unleash the power of your scripts at them!...

+1
This has become one of my favorite toolbar buttons recently. It's bloody brilliant.

And, BTW, the new Zip stuff is more useful than I'd ever thought.

I'm surprised that nobody else said this before!

Didn't have much time to use it till now, but after all I've seen I must say:

"Basic" Zip Support is great!

Very good, that script commands exist (for "basic" ), so automation is possible, too!

 many thanks for this :appl: :appl: :appl:

Just like to add my support for the Zip feature. Wonderful!

Another fantastic (imho) feature is the latest update with the ability to 'sticky' select by simply clicking the column numbers. Absolutely fantastic Don, I no longer have to activate the dedicated sticky selection tool. Superb!

Btw, I personally never used the line number column for lasso selection anyway. The way you have it working now is very special.

Thanks!

Code: Select all

v12.60.0011 - 2013-07-19 21:54
+ Tweak to highlight Type Ahead Find matches in the list. Especially
nice is that you now see which column is matched in case you
ticked Configuration | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Type Ahead Find |
      Use sorted column.
        TAFHighLight=1
The highlighting itself works like with Spot and Jump.
    * Type Ahead Find: Better Status Bar feedback.

Code: Select all

v12.60.0012 - 2013-07-20 13:53
+ Configuration | Menus, Mouse, Safety | Type Ahead Find: Added
"Highlight matches". Tick it to highlight the current Type Ahead
Find matches in the List (it's not implemented in the Tree).
    * Type Ahead Find: Better highlighting. Now it's hard-coded to black
on yellow independent of any other colorings active at the same
point. So it is always well readable.
    * Type Ahead Find: Now the highlighting can be removed by ESC.

One of those "little" features making daily work a bit easier. Now with enforced highlighting it came out of its dark, so that even I can't manage to overlook it. Great!

Though I would prefer pink or nasty green for coloring.

Cheers,
Filehero

Love the recent improvements to Type Ahead Find in the file list - highlighting, keyboard shortcuts to next/prev match, status bar info.
A basic feature, common in many applications, just got a whole lot better -- the XYplorer way!

Oh! I did not notice this thread even though I've been here so many times

Anyways:

Type Stats and Filter - Thanks for implementing it very much! I'm glad that I decided to ask and was surprised how fast it was implemented!
Column Number Sticky - Very very useful. No longer need to rely on the Sticky button.
Zip Support - Although I don't use it often, (have WinRAR on home systems and 7-zip with PFA on USB drive), it works great when I played with it and it even have scripting support!
TAF Highlighting - OH heck yeah!! Previously, always found the TAF pretty annoying since it does not highlight or anything. Always end up using the address bar ">" and ">>" command instead since it allows you to highlight what you're looking for AND allows you to cycle through them. Now, no need to manually go to the address bar and clear that out to find stuff since you can just right away do a TAF WITH highlighting! Plus CKS too!! Sweet!

Thank you!
