Title is "Software worth paying for - XYplorer"

We don't want potential users to think no one writes anything worth posting here in last 18+ months...right?

Hi,

thanks for the hint! Interesting discussion. Two things:
1) Of course XY can show files sizes in bytes! :) (Tools / Customize List / Size Column Format)
2) My customer no.1 is from april 2000 and he is still enjoying his lifetime license today (he paid USD 25.00 once). :)

BTW, the feature you are mentioning in the thread today is called Mouse Down Blow Up (MDBU) and also works on thumbnails. It's indeed in my own top 10 of XY features.

Wondering if the writer is still alive. The text is probably more than 8 years old.

Amazing how few comments there are.

There must be more. :(

Why? Quality, not quantity!

Hi!
I started a blog to share some tips about XY.
http://xy.forcomputing.com/

Note: some posts are migrated from my 2007 blog, so that will be updated soon.
Would greatly appreciate your feedback and ideas.

Kewl blog, serendiman.
Maybe you could write a series about writing scripts, some kind of step-by-step tutorial. Or a special cheatsheet for scripts.

Thanks for the suggestion, a video on scripts is also planned, I want to cover some basics first.

Wow. This is the first site people looking for online software go to in Japan. Did they contact you first or did you contact them? Your comments on the article were really interesting.
Huge congrats, I feel honored to have translated it. :appl:
