Filter-as-you-type

Currently, Address bar allow quick Filter and Quick Jump-to, for example:
|abc
>abc

But, It would be nice if the filter result appear whenever I start typing instead of having to press enter.
This would mimic the notorious feature "Instant search" offerred in various software such as Windows Media Player's Library.
WHat fo you think?

After looking at those posts, I just suggest there's no additional UI needed, a pipe in addressbar is simple enough to start "Filter-as-you-type".
btw, will we see this feature soon?

Filter and selection will be independent features (in your movie selected items are always shown, even if not matching filter, right? In XY they would be filtered out as well.).

Sure, but the only problem is that this feature is postponed from day to day. Though it would be a so good thing.
There was a time, begin 2012, that feature was on head of list. And now it downs every month

Once more, cheers for your wonderful XY.
But one year ago, you said that translate was not important. And then I agreed with you. Because English is so universal. And for me English concision is a great quality. Therefore, even though I am a French man, I have no intention to use French XY, except maybe for some complicated expressions.
However I appreciate your big efforts to have allowed translating and to have resized dialog boxes to be able to contain biiiggg French expressions, and also I appreciate all the efforts of all translators.

But I am so impatient to see live filters
